Scope of Position:
EDF Renewables North America is a market-leading independent power producer and service provider with over 35 years of experience. We are seeking an experienced Senior Organizational Development Specialist to join our team. The Senior Organizational Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing organizational development and performance programs and initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in assessing, designing and implementing OD programs that have resulted in measurable improvements in organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. The Senior Organizational Development Specialist will work closely with HR leaders, business leaders, and other stakeholders to identify organizational development needs and develop and execute plans to address these needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute organizational development strategies that support the company's strategic goals

Identify organizational development needs through needs assessments, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback

Design and implement organizational development programs and initiatives, including leadership development, performance management, culture change, employee engagement, and team effectiveness

Assesses current state of the company culture and develop strategies to align and strengthening the culture to our company’s values and goals

Designs performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organizational goals

Work with HR leaders and business leaders to develop and implement OD, talent management, and culture strategies that align with organizational development priorities

Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to develop change management plans and ensure successful implementation of organizational development initiatives

Develop and deliver training programs for employees and managers on performance and organizational development topics

Conduct research on best practices in organizational development and talent management and incorporate these practices into the company's programs and initiatives

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development and talent management programs and initiatives and make recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
-
Requires Bachelor's degree in industrial or organizational psychology, organizational development, human resources, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred

7+ years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or a related field
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
-
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Demonstrated experience designing and implementing organizational development programs and initiatives

Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting within LMS and other HR Systems and reporting with a strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Experience with assessing and building organizational culture

Strong facilitation, training, and change management skills

Preference in Agile
Physical Requirements:

Ability to focus and work at a desk/computer for extended periods of time

Ability to lift and carry light items, such as documents, files, and office supplies
Working Conditions:
-
90% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment.
- 10% of time is spent outside of the office visiting vendors’ and/or internal customers’ sites in addition to attending various conferences and meetings.
Pay Range: $79,050 - $131,750
