Our Mission
At Palo Alto Networks® everything starts and ends with our mission:
Being the cybersecurity partner of choice, protecting our digital way of life.
Our vision is a world where each day is safer and more secure than the one before. We are a company built on the foundation of challenging and disrupting the way things are done, and we’re looking for innovators who are as committed to shaping the future of cybersecurity as we are.
FLEXWORK is an employee-centric reimagining of how we work. We built FLEXWORK based on employee feedback – it is about flexibility, trust, and choice whenever possible. It’s been a journey of disruption that has yielded the best of our values. We offer as much flexibility as possible, and choices that enable you to be most productive, including benefits that meet your needs and learning opportunities that you feel passionate about.
Your Career
At Palo Alto Networks, our culture is the magic that makes us who we are and lets us work together in a way that allows every employee to feel a sense of connection and belonging, do their best work, and contribute towards our mission. Our leaders set the tone, role model our values, and serve as champions and guardians of our culture. We’re looking for an experienced leader with expertise in learning and development to help our employees consistently raise the performance bar for themselves and accelerate their growth at Palo Alto Networks.
In this role, you will serve as a key member of Global Talent Development. You will consult with People Business Partners and business leaders to identify performance gaps, design solutions in partnership with the Talent Development Center of Excellence and deliver business-driven learning solutions to increase individual and team effectiveness, ultimately positively impacting overall business performance. You will collaborate with both local and global colleagues to help the company grow, and scale with a growth mindset and a culture of high performance.
We’re looking for an innovative learning professional with deep experience and passion for consulting to understand business needs and deliver learner-centric, scalable learning solutions personalized to the needs of individuals, teams, and organizations. You are comfortable working with any level of employee or manager and are an expert at evaluating requests and driving them from start to finish. You are highly collaborative, have a sense of humor and truly value the power of partnership. You work well in a dynamic environment with compressed timelines.
We expect office-based employees to be in the office four days per week, with one day working from where they choose. We believe being together facilitates casual conversations and those magic moments where we can work on issues and ideas informally. These moments build capability and deepen trusted relationships and allow our people to feel safe in taking risks and being disruptive. Like so many companies, we are working through the details and things could change …. but in general if a role is deemed office-based we want our teams to be together four days per week.

Our People team is centered on building, attracting, recruiting, and retaining the most passionate and committed talent to our organization, fulfilling that mission. We focus on building strong teams, centered on respect and enablement, empowering our employees to seek their career goals. You will be part of a passionate, creative, and dynamic team with an opportunity to work on challenging and exciting projects – centered on what we believe is one of the most significant mission statements in the world.
