The Senior People Operations Manager will be responsible for designing and managing processes that support the employee lifecycle, uphold our values, and enable our team to do their best work. You will play a critical part in setting the framework for Altana's global growth, overseeing a variety of People-related initiatives, such as on- and off-boarding, global benefits and compliance, and employee data management.
