Senior Pricing Analyst

CommScope is recruiting a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our growing RUCKUS Networks! This is a remote role. Candidates will be based in the US with preference to the West Coast.

CommScope's Senior Pricing Analyst will be a key leader in the Ruckus Networking Business Unit to accelerate revenue growth. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Product Management and will be analyzing large amounts of product and sales data, conducting quantitative and qualitative market and competitive research, and helping influence and shape product and business strategy.

How You Will Make An Impact:

• Lead and assist on Ruckus BU pricing strategy, develop insights and recommendations through analysis to improve BU performance
• Design and lead qualitative and quantitative sales and customer research to test strategy hypothesis on pricing & packaging
• Develop pricing models and dashboards to support BU pricing initiatives
• Assess pricing performance and initiate pricing and packaging recommendations
• Collaborate with leaders in our product organizations to help craft new business models, define strategies for new offerings, optimize packaging & pricing for existing offers, and drive overall monetization
• Interact and collaborate extensively across all functional teams within CommScope in different time zones
• Partner with product leadership and drive the process to identify/prioritize products & features to be packaged and priced

Required Qualifications For Consideration:

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in business, finance, or related curriculum
• 10+ years of quantitative analytical experience in technology, telecommunications, consulting firm, or similar
• Proficiency with MS Excel and experience with large data sets and supporting tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, Business Objects and SAP
• Proficiency in CRM applications such as SalesForce (SFDC), Microsoft Dynamics, or related
• Willing and able to travel domestically and/or globally and willing to work in various time zones

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. The expected salary range for this position is $118,000-$153,300.

The Candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including, medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
