The Senior Product Delivery Manager (IT Department Leader) of the Tech Finance Portfolio will be responsible for the Finance & Compensation technology platforms. Which includes both best in class Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) & Compensation vendor solutions and custom-built applications.
What You'll Do:-
Lead the strategy for innovation, architecture, and resource planning for the delivery teams within the Finance Portfolio.

Establish and maintain effective communications and relationships across digital portfolios and development teams, solution and enterprise architects, business departments, and vendors.

Lead the charge for Technology Roadmap development that enable the Finance Portfolio vision and mission.

Contribute to the product technology roadmap as a stakeholder by advocating for technology modernization, automation, and process improvements and efficiencies.
- Lead, develop, and coach several Product Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers director reports.

Demonstrate dynamic leadership capabilities leveraging effective written and verbal communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
What you'll Do:-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, with equivalent work experience.

10+ Years’ experience directly related to Information System Technology with at least 5 years relevant leadership responsibilities.

Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking & leadership with strong abilities in relationship management.

Proven ability to lead by motivating, inspiring & supporting team, leaders & management.
What Could Set You Apart:-
Understanding of the complex needs of Finance end users, with experience in ERP System replacement and managing SaaS vendors.
