Senior Product Designer

We're looking for a strong Senior Product Designer who is passionate about saving lives, passionate about doing something meaningful and has both the creativity and the capabilities required to take on the challenge of driving health innovation while keeping a simple holistic user journey.

Our Senior Product Designer will play a key role within our small team of experienced, fast-moving, and highly talented designers. With our all-mighty small team, we deliver a huge impact on people's health with strong UX.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end, online and offline, simple, and elegant user experiences from concept to launch
• Consider implications on user experience across products, and collaborate with other product and marketing designers on the team
• Conduct user research and take an active part in the discovery process
• Validate solutions using data and user testing
• Collaborate daily with Product Managers and Engineers to define, design, and deliver products

The Ideal candidate:

• At least 5 years of proven working experience on consumer-oriented product company).
• Able to see not only implications of individual features, but also entire systems
• A great portfolio that showcases appreciation for clarity and simplicity of user experiences and deep visual design skills
• Independent, capable of prioritizing and meet deadlines, and open to feedback
• Ability to communicate and articulate design decisions to different stakeholders in the company, in English (written and verbal)
• B.Des or equivalent Degre
• Experience in the digital health industry - an advantage.
