We are looking for a Product Manager, Growth to join our Growth team and work on exploring, shaping, and building the future of small business products. If you're passionate about working directly with Growth, Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, and other teams to revolutionize the way small businesses manage their money. About the Role:

As a Product Manager, Growth you will be responsible for significant scale for Novo's customer growth. You will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience to deliver functionality that helps us attract, onboard and delight new customers. You will push the envelope and drive innovative enhancements to not only our acquisition program, conversion rates, and customer journeys, but also be instrumental in building product feature growth loops. In partnership with our Engineering, Product, Design, and Marketing teams, you will execute against the strategy and test, learn and iterate to deliver the best outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a full stack development team focused on conceiving, building, and launching product and features that are user-focused, high-quality, and high return
  • Performing research to gain market insights across the industry
  • Working closely with customers and key stakeholders to define and develop detailed product and business requirements
  • Prioritizing the product backlog, pre-planning, prioritization, and running user journey mapping sessions
  • Contributing to the development of the overall product strategy, product roadmap, and business plan
  • Evaluating new product opportunities and bringing forward proposals for products to engage small business owners
  • Writing technical PRDs (Product Requirement Documents)
  • Evangelizing the power of analytics and experimentation in building a data-driven organization
  • Developing product documentation including specifications, wireframes, site maps, and process flows
  • Communicating project phases and proactively alerting management of changes to scope, timelines, and resources

Requirements for the Role:

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in shipping products with great user experience.
  • Record of delivering innovative Growth products
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Product, Design, Data Science, Customer Success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that can help the team understand customer problems and drive prioritization
  • A strong desire to problem solve for the happy path as well as all identified edge cases to create a seamless experience.

Salary Range (NYC): $152,000 - 175,000 annualized salary. This range is not inclusive of discretionary bonus or equity package, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. The range for this same position may be lower or higher in markets outside of New York City.
