Senior Product Manager, Integrations

About the Role:

Novo believes that small business owners shouldn't need to toggle between a dozen different platforms in order to manage their business finances. As the Senior Product Manager for Integrations, you will be responsible for converting this vision into reality by defining and executing the product strategy for our app integration platform and partnerships network. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, strategic partnerships, marketing, and customer support, to ensure that you create the best in class solution for their business needs. You will be accountable for delivering on key metrics, such as user acquisition and engagement, while keeping customer needs at the forefront. You will interact with customers and partners to understand their needs and prioritize product features. You will operate within the product team to deliver products that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Deep understanding of how to define customer pain points and drive action
At least 5 years of experience in product management
Strong understanding of app integrations, APIs, and partnership ecosystems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and leaders
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions.
Experience in working in an Agile development environment.

Requirements for the Role:

At least 5 years of experience in product management
Strong understanding of app integrations, APIs, and partnership ecosystems.

Nice to Have, But Not Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field. MBA preferred.
Experience in building products for small businesses.

Salary Range (NYC): $152,000-164,000 annualized salary. This range is not inclusive of discretionary bonus or equity package, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. The range for this same position may be lower or higher in markets outside of New York City.
