Senior Product Manager, Invoicing

Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing Technology team and lead our development for the Invoicing product. This position is to be based remotely within the United States. This full-time position is a critical role responsible for helping to build a world-class software development machine that accelerates our revenue growth as we continue to build new applications and partnerships. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our invoicing products, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, finance, and ops, to ensure that our invoicing solutions align with customer needs and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the invoicing landscape, and a passion for creating innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for our invoicing product suite, aligning it with the company's overall goals and vision.
• Customer Insights: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and emerging trends in the invoicing space. Utilize customer feedback and data to drive product decisions.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and customer support, to gather product requirements, prioritize features, and define clear product specifications.
• Product Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to ensure timely and successful product development. Provide guidance and support throughout the development process.
• Launch and Adoption: Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product releases, including pricing, positioning, and communication plans. Drive user adoption and engagement through effective marketing and sales enablement initiatives.
• Product Performance: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our invoicing solutions.
• Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to invoicing. Identify opportunities and threats and make informed recommendations to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, and operations, to ensure smooth product integration, customer satisfaction, and seamless end-to-end experiences.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior product team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the software industry, with a focus on invoicing or financial products.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing processes, billing systems, and financial operations.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing software products throughout their lifecycle.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment and utilizing product management tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
