Opportunity Statement

We now are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the global product marketing team. This role will be a cross-solution product marketing, covering voice of customer an analyst relations activities. The ideal candidate will bring together domain expertise in Procurement/Supply Chain and a mind for developing and executing effective product marketing strategies. You will act as the voice of the customer, improving how we reach target customers and best address their pain points. You will also be the main link between Ivalua and the relevant industry analysts. The role will report to the VP of Product Marketing, based in New York and some specific duties in addition to above include:

  • Manage and develop a structured approach to remaining "Top of Mind" with industry analysts and project manage various analyst evaluations
  • Plan and help execute presentations / demos / RFIs related to analyst evaluations
  • Take ownership of and drive overall improvement in Ivalua customer reviews online, in collaboration with Customer marketing / success
  • Manage the process of conducting win/loss reviews in collaboration with sales
  • Gather and prioritize customer and market requirements/intel and identify key trends
  • Create sales collateral and tools that align with the buying process and help move prospects & customers through the sales cycle
  • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product and company.
  • Create / present thought-leadership content in the form of whitepapers, blogs, webinars, event presentations
  • Create marketing programs (e.g. sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, ) that articulate the benefits of our products

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree preferred)
  • 5-8 years product marketing, business consulting or strategy experience
  • Must have excellent writing, communication and presentation skills with an ability to simplify messaging, articulate well and overall tell a compelling and engaging story.
  • Excel in project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven ability to understand, simplify and communicate complex concepts
  • Proven domain expertise in Procurement / Supply Chain
  • Prior experience in Product Marketing or within an Enterprise B2B Software/ Cloud company
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and/or G-suite

Approximately 20-30% travel should be expected to meet with regional sales and to attend internal meetings/offsites, when travel is back to normal.
