Heap is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our product marketing team. The position will play a pivotal role in messaging and positioning Heap's solutions in the market. As a member of the Product Marketing team, you will be responsible for product and solutions messaging, product launches, and go-to-market strategy for both sales and product led motions.
Internally this role will require you to work closely with our broader marketing team to provide solution level messaging and content, product management on launch strategy, and enablement teams to ensure our story and messaging is reflected in our pitch and communications. You will report directly to the VP of Product Marketing. Externally you will be an advocate of Heap to our business users, which includes digital marketers (responsible for customer acquisition), product managers (responsible for customer adoption), and customer success managers (responsible for customer retention).
The ideal candidate has proven experience working with complex technical products, is a self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and ability to influence and drive initiatives across cross-functional teams. Solutions messaging and go-to-market strategies shape the way the market perceives Heap and our products and this role is critical for shaping that perception.

For New York City-based candidates, the base pay for this role is anticipated to be between $155,000-$190,000. The anticipated base pay range is based on information as of the time this post was generated. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications, and experience.
