We are currently hiring a Senior Product Support Specialist to become a subject matter expert in our solution.
As a Senior Product Support Specialist, you will provide world-class support to our customer Sales Ops teams on weekly basis. You will be responsible for handling tickets, resolving issues with their configuration & integrations, reviewing open issues, and doing technical reviews with customers. Ultimately, you should be able to provide technical, product, and business knowledge to support the sales processes and strengthen customer relationships.
The Senior Product Support Specialist role involves both technical and analytical understanding on one hand, and a service/customer-oriented approach on the other.
