Job Description
ENSCO, Inc. is currently seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the Senior Program Analyst position. The Sr. Program Analyst is responsible for supporting, developing, and managing the Western Range Portfolio to improve the Launch and Test Range System (LTRS) and build towards the Spaceport of the Future on the West Coast of the United States.
The Analyst will support the Configuration Management / Data Management(CM)/(DM) with our Western Range Team, support Operational Acceptance (OA) of developer projects, and support the project engineers from acquisition through acceptance.
Duties will include:
- PM acquisition support for LTRS projects
- Support Technical Evaluation package for Proposals
- Development of Statement of Objectives and/or Statement of Work for projects on LTRS
- Participate or lead technical meetings and government-led studies, and technical baseline exchanges
- Perform analyses to predict and define problems, define/design actionable corrective measures, and operational implementation of LTRS projects
- Assist with the development of Entrance Criteria, Acceptance Criteria and Exit Criteria for LTRS projects
