In this role, you will:

• Assist in identification and definition of engagement requirements in support of the project or overall program.
• Build, maintain, and drive project level artifacts and work products.
• Manage project teams, scope, technical and financial performance, and success metrics as defined for each specific client.
• Work with other Centric and client partners to ensure project success and deliver an unmatched client experience.
• Work within various project management frameworks to include hybrid models.
• Build and maintain communication plans with program and client management.
• Support program managers and engagement leads to ensure success of the client engagement.

Who you are:

• Subject matter experience in project and program management, portfolio management, and enterprise program management offices.
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience.
• Prior experience across project delivery, managing project teams, and familiarity with agile practices.
• Highly collaborative by nature and works effectively with clients and the Centric Team.
• Creating unmatched experiences, for both clients and employees, is what we do. You should revel in doing the unexpected and extraordinary for others.
• Consulting experience is strongly preferred. That said, you will also be considered if you have a strong industry background.
• Position could require travel based on client/business needs.
