Senior Recruiter

Growth Tribe is a digital learning partner for both individuals & organisations, specialising in data science, growth, innovation and customer experience.

We help our learners and partners acquire the most in-demand digital capabilities through actionable, hands-on and enjoyable courses & learning programs.

What You'll Do

You will focus on developing talent strategies needed for the attraction, assessment and closing of new team members for Growth Tribe.

It will be critical for you to develop a thorough understanding of the local markets in which your candidates exist and create acquisition plans to get those candidates in our pipelines. You'll run end-to-end recruitment for your own requisitions and have to collaborate very closely with our amazing, and sometimes challenging, hiring managers.

It will be on you to come up with exciting improvement opportunities when the pipelines dry up, including effective sourcing strategies combining direct sourcing, postings, referrals and more. You will work closely with our in-house People Operations Team (Chief of Staff, Lead Recruiter, Talent Coach & HR Officer) as well as some external talent acquisition partners that you bring in, or that are already working with us. You're welcome to work full-time from the office, or hybrid with a minimum of 1 day per week in the office. You'll also join us, of course, for our team events or company events.

Why we are searching

Our people are our greatest asset, and after the pandemic and the internal developments it brought with it (a recent reorganisation of Growth Tribe) - we find ourselves with some talent and capability gaps as well as only one in-house recruiter to plug those gaps.

The workload is a bit much for us, and it's all hands on deck. We need you and your experience to get right on it and partner with different departments across Growth Tribe to scope out requirements, leverage the expertise and support of our hiring managers, interact with candidates, and help us bring in some amazing people.

We know from experience that the people you meet and hire at Growth Tribe will be in your network and often close social circle, for life. They will be you peers, mentors, coaches as well as your coworkers. It's a fast-paced, hungry, collaborative and inspiration group of people to be around. You will have the freedom to try experiment with new recruitment tactics and are expected to be constantly learning and trying out new things.

What you have

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting for senior positions focused on identifying, attracting and selecting high talented individuals in senior functions

  • A passion and proven experience in recruiting diverse profiles based; experience thinking out of the box to promote and attract gender and ethnic diversity

  • Good understanding of various recruitment strategies, processes and market trends; well developed skills in finding and maintaining candidates throughout the entire recruitment process

  • Flexible and innovative, you thrive in growth-oriented and fast-paced environment

  • Outstanding communication skills; can communicate effectively management and senior stakeholders

  • Fluent English

  • French or Dutch are a plus!
