Your Role:
We are currently looking for a Senior Revenue Data & Visualization Specialist within our Revenue Operations team to help grow our business by building and maintaining scalable and insightful metrics, reports and Tableau dashboards, supporting our Sales and Marketing strategies. This role is critical in providing clear and timely insights that support both day-to-day Sales and Marketing operations, as well as long-term strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to measure and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of global Sales and Marketing activities: provide insight on what has happened in the past; indicate appropriate actions to take now that will increase effectiveness and efficiency in the future; measure how well strategies are being executed
- Implement global data strategy to support scalable revenue analytics and business intelligence models needed to provide timely, insightful, action-oriented, self-serve, automated reports and dashboards. This will include aggregating and synthesizing data from a wide variety of sources including Salesforce, Marketo and Treasure Data’s CDP platform itself
- Build and deploy attribution modeling, multi-touch channel reporting and predictive modeling
- Develop and maintain our global suite of Tableau dashboards used across the organization as our standard visualization tool
- Actively participate in presentations and reviews of the insights generated by the data and dashboards, including with Executive leadership
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Management, or similar technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics-focused, data integration and/or visualization roles
- 2+ years experience of at least one SQL variant ( MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau
- 2+ years of B2B Enterprise sales business,, SaaS experience preferred
- Background in data integration work, using APIs (not building), and PostgreSQL
Physical Requirements:
- In office 8x per month if located within 30 miles from an office
- If outside Bay Area, working from home is expected
Travel Requirements:
- Ad hoc for team meetings and conferences as required (expect 2 times per year maximum)
