Sales Manager
Talent Ticker is the world's first predictive market intelligence platform for the recruitment industry, and we are looking for a Sales Manager to spearhead our Tampa office.
Using AI, our SaaS solution enables clients to set themselves apart from the competition with accurate & deeper predictive market knowledge.
Working closely with the Sales Director, your role as Sales Manager will involve working with and managing the Talent Ticker Sales Team to generate and follow up on leads as well as leading platform demos & sales meetings to grow the Talent Ticker customer base.
Talent Ticker is based out of the UK and we are excited to finally bring TT to the US! Our New York office opened last month and now we are looking to expand into Tampa. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to become a leader in the team and help lead this expansion during a pivotal time in our growth.
Responsibilities:
Mapping out the recruitment market and uploading contact information to CRM (SalesForce) to build a lead pipeline.
Designing/Constructing sophisticated Email and LinkedIn Campaigns to send to prospects.
Following up on leads to prospects, introducing the Talent Ticker solution, and arrange regular meetings/demos with key decision-makers.
Working closely with the Research and Technology team to offer insight on how the platform can be improved based on prospect feedback.
Attending face to face client meetings and running prospects through demos of the Talent Ticker platform.
Guiding clients from prospect to sale.
Reporting/forecasting pipeline to Directors.
Managing a team (Team size will range depending on experience)
Developing the next generation of Managers & Senior Managers
Conducting training sessions to help develop sales skills & personal development skills for team
About you:
Holds a Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Extensive experience within software sales
Well organized and able to work through a consistent end to end sales process
Proven experience in managing and developing teams
Results oriented
Tech savvy
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence
Driven, motivated, has a goal in mind!
