Senior Salesforce Administrator

Here at QSR International, our Business Operations team is seeking a highly driven Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing, global organization. In this role reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for maintaining a stable, high performing Salesforce environment. You will wear many hats and will be responsible for everything from requirements gathering, to Salesforce configuration, testing, process improvement, and post deployment support. This individual will help build the roadmap for SFDC while tidying up our current instance to align with company needs. As the Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will work collaboratively with third-party consultants, internal staff, and other key stakeholders.


Core Responsibilities

  • Support SFDC org with 60+ users across the Sales, Service and Community Clouds
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop SFDC operational structure and processes
  • Define, document, and build team and company-wide processes across all departments with a focus on efficiency
  • Evaluate areas of improvement in speed / efficiency within SFDC
  • Work cross-functionally to gather requirements and own the execution of SFDC focused projects
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the SFDC skill set across the organization
  • Act as a key contributor for delivering best operational systems and processes for QSR’s go-to-market team



Required Education and Experience

  • BS or Advanced Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
  • 3 - 5 years experience in Sales or Business Operations
  • Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201) certified preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Partner Portals / Communities
  • Experience with Zuora or Salesforce CPQ is a plus
  • Knowledge of marketing, sales, and business processes
  • Effective time management, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Excellent project management skills and positive attitude
