Manages day to day operational service providing technical support and co-ordination
Manages and continuously improves service management processes.
Implements change management activities in-line with organisational policies and governance.
Partners with key stakeholders and business partners to identify, investigate and mitigate service related problems
Reports on and monitors service metrics
Builds and maintains productive stakeholder relationships
Supports Manager Service Management with implementing supplier, risk or compliance activities.
You will be responsible for providing end to end technical support for payments systems of CBA focusing on payment acquiring services. You have accountability of providing proactive and reactive support to application and operational issues across payments platform at workplace and also while being on-call roaster along with the team. You must be a strong technical person in mainframe and preferably connex application.
