What will you be doing:
As an integral part of a fast-paced, progressive Human Resource team, this highly visible position will counsel and partner with managers and executives on strategic staffing and sourcing strategies for professional and management/director level positions. This individual is responsible for providing total talent solutions to assigned business units, including direct responsibility for executing all aspects of the staffing process to fill specific openings.

Primary Responsibilities include:
  • Strategic staffing and sourcing strategies with managers and executives
  • Alignment/formulation of job descriptions with Human Resources Consultants and Compensation
  • Full life-cycle recruiting; sourcing, screening, qualifying and closing- candidates
  • Accurate and timely reporting and analysis
  • Extensive client interaction
  • Full life-cycle staffing process management
  • Behavioral interviewing and selection (including effective pre-screening).

What we're looking for:

Required Qualifications
Work Experience:
Years of Applicable Experience - 6 or more years
Skills & Experience:
Agency Recruiting, Corporate Recruiting, Passive Candidate Sourcing
Education:
High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Relevant Experience to include:
  • Related recruiting experience independently managing the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, interviewing, coordinating interviews, making offers, salary negotiation)
  • Actively sourcing qualified candidates through variety of recruiting methods and techniques (job boards, direct sourcing, networking, job fairs, industry conferences and events)
  • Building relationships and trust with hiring managers and strong/ongoing relationships with candidates to fill pipeline for future openings
  • Workday experience
Preferred Education:
Bachelors

Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $64,000 - $118,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
