The Talent Casting Manager supports model casting and bookings for photo shoots, special events, and special bookings across all Conde Nast brands. Working directly with Editors-in Chief, local Heads of Editorial Content, and other senior leaders, they serve as a critical liaison between fashion editors, photographers, and model agencies.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee all model bookings for Allure, Teen Vogue, Glamour, and Vogue APAC markets (China, Taiwan, India, Japan), across multiple platforms (print, digital, video, special events, etc.)
Support US Vogue and other brands as needed
Partner closely with fashion editors to discuss the direction of the photo shoots
Arrange and schedule go sees with models for consideration for editors and stylists
Maintain all model boards for pitch meetings
Negotiate travel costs and request flight approvals, flight and hotel contributions when necessary
Vet and sign all invoices pertaining to models for all shoots and events
Serve as a liaison between model agents and CN colleagues in Legal, Business Affairs, and other teams to secure appropriate usage rights and clearances for photos.
Assist with casting requirements for branded content through Conde Nast Commercial Creative (CNCC)
Requirements:
5+ years of bookings experience
In-depth knowledge of fashion models and photographers, hair and makeup talent, fashion news and personalities, trends, and history and familiarity with Condé Nast brands.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Flexible and adaptable - comfortable working under pressure and pivoting as needed
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Base Pay Range: $73,000 - $110,000
