Senior Talent Management Program Manager
Location: Remote work available to qualified candidates in the US. Ideally, candidates will be located in Eastern or Central Time zone.
Position Purpose:
The Senior Talent Management Program Manager is responsible for creating, updating, and driving processes that result in talent growth and development. Reporting to the Director, Learning and Development, this role is an opportunity for an experienced professional to independently shape and own organization-wide talent management practices including but not limited to performance management, high potential identification and development, Talent Review, succession planning, career development, 360-degree feedback. The Senior Talent Management Program Manager has an enterprise-wide focus ensuring that appropriate talent management tools, processes, and systems are available, optimized, and utilized at all levels within the organization.
This role works closely with other members of Colleague Success (HR) and the business to ensure that Bentley has strong talent practices with the bench strength needed to ensure organizational health and colleague success and career growth. Additionally, they ensure that talent management at Bentley is metrics-based, using statistical analyses to drive strategy and decision-making.
Responsibilities:

Create, update, and drive the Bentley talent management processes including but not limited to performance management, high potential identification and development, Talent review, succession planning, career development, and 360-degree feedback.

Partner closely with other members of Colleague Success including Learning and Development Program Managers, Colleague Success Business Partners, Colleague Success Systems & Analytics, Colleague Experience, Total Rewards, and Colleague Success leadership to ensure talent management practices are couched in organizational context and to ensure a sustainable growth and leadership pipeline.

Utilize metrics and data analysis to drive process/tool design, strategy, and decision-making.

Collaborate closely with Colleague Success Business Partners and business leaders to support teams regarding questions with talent management practices and proactively seek and apply feedback to ensure programs are customized for colleagues and the business to achieve desired outcomes.

Own and support team projects and initiatives related to performance management, talent planning and career development. This includes creating communications, presentations, and other resources in support of team initiatives. May conduct training or webinars to further educate our partners on team processes and offerings.

Displays a growth mindset in all activities, seeks out best practice and market research and makes recommendations to adapt talent management practice for continuous improvement.

Creates and maintains all talent management templates. Partners with Colleague Success Systems and Analytics team to ensure tools are utilized effectively for optimal user experience.

Ensures resources are updated regularly and accessible on Bentley’s intranet site and other platforms.

Performs ad hoc analyses and other cross team or cross functional special projects.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

Minimum 8-10 years HR experience in a global company, with at least 5 years in Talent Management, HRBP or L&D capacity having ownership of performance management, succession planning, career development or high potential programs, etc.

Master’s Degree in HR, I/O Psychology, OD or another related field or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Career Development, and Performance Management program development, ownership, and execution

Understanding and experience with talent frameworks and processes used for identifying and developing high potentials.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience developing learning content and delivering training presentations.

Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision at a high level of output and quality.

Ability to shift between collaboration and independent work, seek feedback from multiple stakeholders, and make course corrections as needed.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance time accordingly.

Proficiency with Talent Management systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.

Experience with assessment tools such as StrengthsFinder 2.0, DISC, Myers-Briggs, etc.

Proficient in Office 365 tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements). The role requires communication with managers, peers and other colleagues of the company by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.

This role does not require travel though travel may be optional, up to 10% of the year.
