Senior Technical Partner Manager

As a Senior Technical Partner Manager, your mission will be to work with Jetty's enterprise real estate partners (the country's largest companies including Greystar, Cortland, and Morgan Properties) to help meet complex technical needs related to Jetty. You will partner with our Partner Success Managers and Product Managers to ensure all needs of Jetty's partners are met using both process and product capabilities. You will be responsible for implementing a strategy that integrates new technology into old processes at scale, identifying challenges in our current workflows and helping create solutions through process improvements or current technology. Ultimately, you will be providing a best in class partner experience and helping remove blockers from growing revenue.

You will be instrumental in Jetty's overall partnership strategy. This position reports to the Director, Partner Success.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Jointly own Jetty's Enterprise partnerships with a Partner Success Manager, with a focus on solving complex troubleshooting issues, customizing processes to meet each partners' unique needs, and ultimately providing a white glove service experience
  • Collaborate with the Jetty Product team on new product feature development and resulting impact to partners
  • Work closely with the Jetty Sales Operations team to coordinate on new process development and most efficient enablement within Jetty's systems
  • Implement a robust project management system to ensure projects with numerous stakeholders stay on track and ultimately live up to partner expectations
  • Be a subject matter expert on partner processes, workflows, and systems and how Jetty products work within

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in a client-facing technical account management or sales engineering role
  • Able to effectively communicate, distilling complex or technical concepts and communicating them clearly to a broad range of business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong focus on documentation; ability to create structured and clear instructions for all projects and to translate based on the audience
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across the organization to ensure progress and project execution
  • Experience with Excel
  • Experience with Property Management Software (RealPage, Yardi, Entrata) and knowledge of the multifamily housing industry
  • Excited to work in a fast paced environment and tackle evolving challenges as the team scales
  • Excited to get your hands dirty to deeply understand how something works while looking to create a better solution
