Senior UX Desginer

About the role

As a Senior UX Designer, you will have the opportunity to own end-to-end experiences for some niche problem statements in the trade finance industry. In this role, you’ll break down complex tasks by understanding customer and business needs and translate them into easy to use, intuitive designs. You’ll collaborate with Business, Product and Engineering teams to create useful experiences for our customers.You'll be able to quickly communicate your decisions and solutions verbally as well as through sketches, customer journey maps, user flows, wireframes, hi-fi mocks and functional prototypes.

What you will do

• Engage with product teams at a strategic level to frame what we need to build and how to get there
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs
• Define and conduct user research to truly understand our customers goals and needs
• Define customer journey maps, user flow, information architecture and wireframes for test and build purposes
• Conduct usability testing of the new features to validate design before delivery
• Coordinate and integrate the work of fellow designers for a seamless and unified experience
• Effectively use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions and measure success

Must have

• 4+ years of experience working on Product design and defining user experiences
• Projects showcasing design methodologies with clear problem statements and its solution and outcome
• Clear communication skills that speak to both product and engineering teams
• Ability to articulate ideas verbally and digitally; be clearly understood by creative, product management, and development teams
• Eye for details and a drive to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with prototyping tools like Figma and Adobe XD
