We’re an army of senior strategists, designers, and engineers, who act as an extension of our client’s team and operate as true thought partners. The other arm of our company is building disruptive products of our own through a venture studio.

DESCRIPTION

At Studio, Senior Project Managers play a multifaceted role, leading client engagements in collaboration with our Product, Design, Technology, and New Business teams. You are a trusted partner to Studio’s clients, working with them and our leadership team to cultivate and grow meaningful relationships, encourage engagement, and ensure expectations are aligned. Senior Project Managers provide coverage - and pave the way - for their Studio colleagues to perform their best work.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build project delivery plans and timelines for projects
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and anticipate project challenges/blockers ahead of time
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal as well as client teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
• Demonstrate excellent communication/presentation ability and inspire colleagues and clients with the quality of your work
• Work directly with the Product Managers and share responsibility for maintaining client happiness, executing scope renewals, and maximizing opportunities
• Navigate multiple levels of decision-makers and stakeholders to build a lasting and effective partnership
• Anticipate and respond to project impediments and identify solutions including, but not limited to, resolve complaints pertaining to the team, quality, budget, and scope of services

• Has passion and vast knowledge of mobile and tech industry best practices and of the most relevant players and platforms
• Has experience managing interactive projects in an agency environment
• Has strong communication and leadership skills
• Must have excellent relationship building skills, good negotiation skills, and strong problem solving skills
• Is able to quickly react and adapt to changing environments
• Is engaging, driven, and eager to jump in feet first
