We are looking for a highly skilled People Operations Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for the full employee experience, including recruiting talent, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with local laws, engaging and developing employees, and administering HR operations. They will report to the Retreat Director.

Skills
Well-rounded understanding of HR best practices regarding talent acquisition, development, and engagement

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, talent management, and employee exits
Propose and implement new ways to engage and develop employees, advocating for employee experiences that promote growth and wellness.
Provide a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Oversee recruitment, working with hiring managers to define staffing needs, screen applicants, acquire top talent, and support relocation needs while improving the candidate experience.
Work closely with the Corporate Director of People Operations to develop and iterate company policies that comply with local regulations and address the needs of the employee population.
Advise managers on appropriate resolution of employee relations issues, managing investigations and escalations as needed.
Leadership – Maintain a positive, upbeat role, promote and exemplify Company values and represents departmental objectives and interests to internal and external customers.
Education
Bachelor’s degree minimum, in related field preferred
