As an Engineer (AEGIS Hardware & Software Integrator) on Serco's team, you will analyze the Integrated Combat System (ICS) / BL10 AEGIS Combat System (ACS) and key combat system components (including SPY-6 Air and Missile Defense Radar (AMDR), and Weapon Systems) to track new developments and provide recommendations to PMS 400D. Your expertise and ideas are needed to maintain the most innovative and successful combat system in the world.
Serco supports the PMS 400D team who are responsible for the acquisition and delivery of the AEGIS destroyer and its combats systems to the Fleet in the defense of our nation and our allies.

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $97,787.27 to $162,978.79 plus variable/incentive compensation.
