Description

The Service Advisor assists Honda Associates in scheduling automotive appointments, confirming completion of work, and reviewing repairs on motor vehicles.

Job type: Full-time

Location: Marysville, Ohio

Essential Job Functions:

• Schedule company and client owned vehicles for services and repairs
• Advise customers on cost for routine service items and repairs
• Book, close and sell service repair orders
• Daily cash management
• Data entry for warranty claims to American Honda
• Maintain data in web-based systems for company vehicles
• Monitor, react and respond to Service Center customer needs
• Effectively communication with customers
• Provide, foster and encourage daily teamwork and collaboration
• Provide and ensure positive and effective customer relations
• Engage in daily team communication to ensure parts are ordered for repair and proper expectations are set

Position Requirements:

• Must have valid driver’s license
• Experience with CDK or AS400 a plus
• Ability to read and understand basic charts and diagrams
• Must have good communication and customer service skills
• Computer experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Etc.)
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must wear steel toed shoes

Lifting Requirements 5-25 lbs

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
