As a Service Center Operator on our winning team in Norcross, GA a typical day might look like this:

▪ This position is safety sensitive. Successful candidate is required to operate a forklift and/or overhead crane.
▪ Safety is a priority – you will learn proper safety measures via online and in-person training
▪ You start the day reviewing production orders then preparing your material for processing
▪ You ensure the material meets a customer’s expectations by checking the size, finish, and accuracy of the finished product. (Measure twice, cut once!)
▪ You will use a crane and/or forklift to move material for outbound shipping.
▪ Check to make sure your machine and station is in working order and identify any issues.
▪ You will keep your work area clean and ensure that all workplace hazards are reported immediately.
▪ Other miscellaneous duties as directed by supervision

Position Requirements

▪This position is safety sensitive and requires operating a forklift and/or overhead crane. Successful candidate must be able to operate heavy machinery.
▪ Additional requirements based on what machine a candidate would be using and the skills needed to operate (if applicable)
▪ Ability to pass physical requirements exam for vision and hearing, as well as mobility and lifting requirements
▪ Successful completion of the Ramsay Corporation Combined Basic Skills Assessment which evaluates your reading, math, inspection & measurement, and process monitoring & problem-solving skills
▪ Regular attendance, including being on time and ready to work at assigned start time.
▪ Great attitude and team player
▪ Ability to work assigned overtime, at times with short notice
▪ Ability to find, enter, and print information on a computer as necessary

Pay: $22.17 - $23.48 per hour
