YSI is seeking a highly qualified Onsite Service Desk Support. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Provides on-site Service Desk support staffing the service desk in support of the day-to-day operations and support of the applications.
  • Demonstrated experience providing end-user support for desktop and application software,
  • Knowledge of desktop and server operating systems,
  • Strong written and oral communication,
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Top Secret Clearance required*

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

  • College Park, MD 20740: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
