Service Desk Technician

Based in Southern California with locations in Malibu, Calabasas and Camarillo; HRL has been on the leading edge of technology, conducting pioneering research and advancing the state of the art.

The Service Desk Technician serves as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance and coordinates escalation for issues.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

This position is 100% on-site. Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, and in some cases, with little to no advance notice. This position will rotate between HRL locations in Calabasas, Camarillo, Malibu, and Thousand Oaks, CA.

Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $23 - $41 an hour + bonus + benefits.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
