Responsibilities:

A. HAMPro/Asset Lifecycle

• Contract management
• Asset Reclamation

o Asset Refresh

o Expiration Management

o Reporting

o Cost Management

• Entitlements
• Asset Management - Reclamation and Asset Refresh
• Advanced Shipping Notice

B. HAMPRO/ServiceNow Performance Analytics

• Dashboards
• Metrics and KPIs
• Configure Out of the Box CMDB Health Metrics

C. HAMPRO/ServiceNow Workflow Documentation

• HAMPro Plug-In Documentation

D. Claroty Integration with ServiceNow

Required Minimum Experience and Skills:

• You must have relevant experience and/or certifications in both CMDB/ITAM and specifically in the ServiceNow HAMPro tool and related integrations.
• Minimum Certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist & Certified Application Developer
