The Brand Strategy & Creative team at ServiceNow is looking for an exceptional, collaborative, and highly adaptable project management leader to fill the role of Project Manager, Global Brand Management. This is a key role for a highly proactive, results-oriented person who will confidently drive execution of brand management initiatives, partnering with brand managers, internal creative teams, external agencies and other key stakeholders to deliver always-on brand enablement and engagement programs targeted towards our employee, agency and partner audiences.
The ideal candidate has previous experience executing brand-building artifacts, platforms and programs with significant moving parts and deliverables within an agency and/or internal creative department. The Project Manager is highly comfortable leading meetings and coaching senior-level teams in a fast paced, solutions-oriented environment. This individual will drive the execution of various components of brand management initiatives across various internal stakeholders, being the central source-of-truth for a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
· Organize and facilitate project planning, weekly meetings, and presentations. Track milestones and tasks with teams across Brand Management, Creative, Strategy, Comms, Procurement, and agency partners.
· Identify and remove impediments that block the team’s ability to meet project objectives.
· Provide timely status reports; introduce mitigation tactics to minimize project delivery risks and communicate timelines and approval framework for cross team understanding.
· Facilitate team discussions, resolve conflict & escalate risks to leadership when necessary.
· Partner with Sr. Manager, Global Brand Management and other leads to identify, develop, and roll-out roadmaps and new processes to enable team efficiency and success.
· 8+ years of project/program management experience in a creative agency or internal creative marketing team that produces brand building guidelines, programs, platforms and marketing campaigns.
· Has extensive experience in Design Systems with a proven track record of developing, managing, or evolving design systems across multiple platforms and products.
· Experience managing integrated brand campaigns with multiple placements across a variety of media, inclusive of employee facing channels.
· Experience working on digital product development, deployment and optimization, ideally in consumer or tech.
· Experience with e-commerce and digital asset management platforms, ideally in consumer or tech.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Exceptional ability to look at a large-scale program at a holistic and macro level and clearly communicate deliverables across a cross-functional team
· Outstanding organizational, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
· Ability to thrive in a rapid paced environment on multiple projects in a large company atmosphere.
· Proven experience working for creative brands both consumer and B2B. Strong command of the creative process for development of traditional media.
· Ability to work on a global scale across many internal stakeholders with varying degrees of experience with visual storytelling and the production of digital and experiential assets.
FD21
For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $116,600 - $203,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
