Job Description

As a strategic member of our sales team, you will significantly impact our success. As a Senior Advisory Solution Consultant, Talent Development & Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for devising sales strategies, identifying customer challenges and pain, and crafting a message that speaks to relevant, differentiated value—connecting with your audience, establishing credibility, and learning quickly with a start-up mentality. In this role, you will bring thought leadership around skills, learning, and talent strategies.

  • Lead from the front by formulating strategies and approaches to establishing credibility for ServiceNow’s Talent solutions as we expand our HR portfolio 
  • Bring thought leadership around Gen AI and AI strategies related to Skills
  • Create compelling, credible, and persuasive conversations that elevate our technology in the marketplace
  • Help develop programs that enable our sales and solution consulting colleagues to communicate the value of Talent on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Establish yourself as both a domain and solution expert 
  • Be willing to broaden your expertise as we develop solutions around out HR portfolio
  • Work with Product Management and Development team members to enhance ServiceNow products with new features that anticipate customer needs
  • Share best practices and known solutions with colleagues to enhance the quality and efficiency of other team members
  • Stay current on competitive analyses and trends 
  • Communicate with both business and technical decision-makers
  • Supporting Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, analyst demonstrations, webinars, etc – evangelize for Talent, HR and our Gen AI solutions.
  • Work with BU to prioritize and communicate roadmap
  • Feedback channel from customers and SCs/Sales back to BU
  • Work closely with product teams, marketing, NowX, Solution Consulting and Sales teams
  • Work with the Community team of SCs to enable them on Talent solutions
  • Lead Top deals Globally for Talent Acquisition and Talent Development
  • Work with the SIG and customer community with a focus on Talent

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
  • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence
  • Travel, as necessary

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $165,825 - $273,675, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
