Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain efficient project management processes, including project intake, prioritization, tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and clear communication throughout all project phases..
  • Identify and resolve any project issues or roadblocks, providing solutions and escalating when necessary.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and post-mortem analyses to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content that aligns with our brand and business objectives.
  • Support partner event initiatives, including demand generation efforts to drive registration, engagement, and follow-up activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver high-quality support.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing, communications, or creative services.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation through completion.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience in developing and implementing processes, workflows, and tools to optimize project efficiency.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
