Learn more about our team here https://www.linkedin.com/company/servicenow/life/userexperience/ Customer & Partner Experience Team: In this role, you will drive our vision for next generation documentation vision and influence the content strategy for all content that helps our customers and partners leverage and troubleshoot the ServiceNow Platform. This is critical work as we deliver an ever more integrated and powerful experience. What you get to do in this role: • This is a horizontal role working across several products to identify and unify the overall information architecture and navigation • Make recommendations on changes and define the overall product and design strategy for our Documentation site • Work closely with product management and engineering, providing design perspective to help ensure a unified and cohesive experience across the ServiceNow ecosystem that solves specific customer problems • Identify common problems across products and propose new capabilities to solve them in a scalable way. • Utilize our design system and inform the overall information architecture Preferred Qualifications: • 7+ years of relevant design experience • An inspiring portfolio demonstrating the ability to distill complex problems into elegant, holistic solutions based on human-centered design and research data • Demonstrated application of user experience design, information architecture, and content strategy practices • Experience in developing frameworks and principles to standardize and guide cross-team work and successfully bring a product design from conception to launch with minimal supervision • A growth mindset, actively broadening areas of inquiry and learning, and seeking new opportunities and challenges • Ability to articulate and champion design solutions based on human-centered design principles and research data while influencing product experience strategy across a particular business unit or product line Basic Qualifications: • BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent combination of education and experience in other related fields • Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications. • Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency) #UXD For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $142,700 - $249,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
