Services Engagement Manager

The Services Engagement Manager will play a critical role by driving professional services sales, fostering positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact to drive end customer success. They will be setting Celigo customers up for success by prescriptively guiding and helping them understand the scope and value of implementation services. The Services Engagement Manager serves as a trusted advisor to customers providing guidance to Sales and Professional Services teams, ensuring alignment on each customer's project.

We are looking for a dynamic pre-sales all-star who enjoys scoping and positioning Professional Services offerings to fit the needs of both new and existing Celigo. As one of the first individuals in this role, you will have an extraordinary opportunity to shape and build our Engagement Management (Services Sales) processes, methodology, and team.

What would you do, if hired?

  • Lead professional services discovery/scoping discussions, align with presales, sales teams and partners to propose services engagements that best suit customer needs.
  • Build and manage Professional Services bookings forecasts and participate in weekly sales forecast meetings
  • Help manage customer escalations for ongoing projects when scope changes or is not aligned with customer needs.
  • Align closely with Sales teams, Partners, Celigo Partner Relations teams on pre-sales activities such as scoping, solutioning, SOW development and project staffing.
  • Have a deep understanding of factors that drive customers implementations and how they directly contribute to long term customer retention.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to customer success, be it through the addition of new products and services, strategy & planning, or escalation.
  • Deep understanding of factors that drive customer success for Celigo implementations and how they directly contribute to long term customer retention
  • Align with customer on key success metrics and track projects progress with professional services team
  • Work with the Partner Professional Services teams to drive services & engagements models in order to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Refer partners for contract services or other needs not delivered by Celigo professional services.

Who are we looking for?

  • 2+ years selling and positioning Professional Services
  • 4+ years in a Professional Services or consulting organization.
  • Experience in scoping, sizing, and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Experience in a fast paced, fast-growing and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated progressive experience operating in a pre-sales environment, shaping and scoping large and complex implementation projects
  • Technical Skills: Experience with configuration and deployment of iPaaS offerings, as well as integration approaches in SaaS environments
  • Cross functional collaboration: Ability to work with and build solid relationships with sales, partners, SC, product, and legal teams

Pay Scale Information

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $140,000 - $160,000 for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
