We are looking for a Financial Operations Specialist to join our team and boost our financial operations capability. The ideal candidate should be a creative problem solver and have a great sense of initiative, with the ability to independently complete daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner. Additionally, they must have exceptional communication and organization skills and be knowledgeable in legal requirements pertaining to financial operations. This individual will be responsible for payment processing (checks, refunds, chargebacks), strategizing ways to streamline processes and reduce costs, customer dispute resolution, and providing reports and useful data to support higher-level management decisions.

There are several different factors that are considered when determining compensation including but not limited to the candidate’s location, title, years of experience, job related skills and relevant education.
