Job Description: Trust Executive

Position Overview: As a Trust Executive, you will be responsible for managing and administering trust accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing high-quality customer service. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, offer trust solutions, and manage the administration of trusts.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Trust Account Management:

  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for trust clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored trust solutions.
  • Account Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administration of trust accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Beneficiary Management: Manage the distribution of trust assets to beneficiaries, ensuring that distributions are made in accordance with the terms of the trust.

2. Compliance and Regulation:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all trust accounts are managed in compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements. Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting trust management.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with trust administration. Ensure that trust accounts are managed in a safe and secure manner.

3. Financial Management:

  • Investment Oversight: Work with investment managers to ensure that trust assets are invested in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives of the trust.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports for trust clients, providing clear and accurate information about the performance of trust accounts.

4. Customer Service:

  • Client Support: Provide high-quality customer service to trust clients. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with trust clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided.

5. Business Development:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new trust clients. Develop and implement strategies to attract new business.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Promote trust services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of establishing a trust.

6. Team Collaboration:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the trust team, including legal, compliance, and investment professionals, to ensure that trust services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to junior trust officers, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Freshers and Experieced both can apply For Experienced Candidates, Minimum 5 years of experience in trust management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of trust laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple trust accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in trust management software and financial reporting tool.
