Essential Duties:

• Meet timing and manufacturing standards and sales/engineering expectations of the product.
• Work with team and train as necessary on jobs in the department.
• Remaining flexible to meet the changing demands and deadlines encompassing the entire production schedule.
• Should have a keen eye for quality and experience working with an industrial serger, fabric cutting, and repetitive, high volume work.
• Experience with pattern making and draping is a plus.

Individuals must be able to stand for long periods of time. Will require walking on a level surface throughout the day as well as some climbing stairs. Periodic reaching above shoulder height, below the waist, or lifting to move materials. Proper lifting techniques are required. May include lifting up to 50 lbs.

While the performance of this position will have frequent exposure to the manufacturing areas, no personal protective equipment is expected to be required. The primary environment including ambient room temperatures, lighting, and traditional conditions found in a light industrial environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
