Summary
Provide essential data to our Global Talent Acquisition Team in relation to candidates and all aspects of the recruitment market to further support and formulate our Talent Acquisition Strategy. Research relevant industry news and developments, pro-actively acting on any information you gather from your research – or from candidates. Build and maintain candidate pipelines and communities for current and future requisition.
Job Functions
• Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographic data to understand and identify the current and future market conditions.
• Be an advisor to our talent acquisition team regarding the marketplace and constantly evolving, tweaking, and improving the search strategy to deliver excellence.
• Leverage existing resources (ATS, social media, job boards and any other open sources) and share information that facilitates an effective sourcing and candidate attraction strategy.
• Work on improving candidate experience by maintaining a very close relationship to
attract interested, qualified and motivated potentials.
• Proactively develop robust candidate pipelines across a diverse range of business and
functional areas for current and future hires by using a multichannel sourcing approach.
• Utilize appropriate social media sourcing and branding tools to support with talent
attraction.
• develop and carry out a referral sourcing strategy.
• Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
• Use appropriate candidate marketing for candidate associations/pools/professional
groups and affiliations, alumni websites, Boolean searches, targeted
companies/individuals, use of analytics tools, etc.;
• Ensure our candidate database is up to date and holds all relevant candidate information.
Education
• Master's degree is desired or equivalent by experience.
Qualifications
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a strategic/technical recruitment Sourcer is essential.
• Experience with online and offline sourcing and recruiting techniques.
• Experience setting up pipelines and building communities
• Demonstrated experience with social media marketing and digital networking.
• Proficient in relevant office software and ATS/database systems, preferably
SmartRecruiters.
• Ability to conduct online and pre-screening interviews.
• The ability to stay up to date with competitor information and market trends
