Technical Recruiter (3 Month Contract)

Join our small, fiery team on a mission to usher in the Bitcoin Golden Age. Shakepay is reimagining banking for the digital age and looking for a Technical Recruiter to help support our mission and achieve our growth goals.

Skills

5+ years of experience in technical recruitment in fast-growing tech or SaaS environments
Comfortable in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Knowledge of Bitcoin is a plus

Responsibilities

Identify and fill current talent needs for technical roles
Generate creative talent pipelines with a growth mindset
Manage relationships with industry organizations and key stakeholders
Interview and screen candidates for open roles
Manage full recruitment cycle and ensure a great candidate experience
Refine core competency screening models with Hiring Managers
Create strong job descriptions and outreach messages
