2nd SHIFT COORDINATOR
Shearer's is a snack manufacturing leader, producing a variety of popular snack brands. They are looking for a Shift Coordinator to assist in daily operations and meet production goals.

Responsibilities
- Support and deliver against department areas of critical leadership
- Coordinate daily activities to meet production requirements
- Assist with team training and support
- Perform root cause analysis on production issues
- Implement safety improvements and maintain GMP compliance
Education
- Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
- Three years of leadership experience in manufacturing preferred
