Industrial Maintenance Technician
Shearer's Foods is a leading manufacturer of private brand and contract-manufactured salty snacks, cookies, and crackers. They are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their growing team in Bluffton, IN.
Skills
- Mechanical and electrical skills
- Pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge
- Troubleshooting abilities
- Understanding of mechanical systems
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain production machines and equipment
- Perform scheduled and emergency repairs
- Conduct preventative maintenance per manufacturer's specifications
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Execute maintenance requests through CMMS
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical training in industrial maintenance preferred
