Load Planner- Day Shift
Shearer's is a leading contract manufacturer and private label supplier in the snack industry. They are looking for a Load Planner to facilitate movement of products within the warehouse and maintain communication with respective sites.
Skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Team player with experience in collaboration
- Flexibility to coordinate projects and resolve issues
Responsibilities
- Ensure good communication between warehouse team, inventory team, operators, and supervisors
- Communicate with outside drivers to resolve issues
- Prioritize loads for timely truck departures
- Ensure proper paperwork and sealing of trucks
