Shearer’s is a leading snack manufacturing company with a strong team dedicated to producing a wide range of snacks. They are looking for a Processor Operator who will contribute to the operation of processing equipment and ensure high-quality standards.
Skills
- Language skills for effective communication
- Mathematical skills for basic operations
- Reasoning ability for following instructions
- Troubleshooting skills for problem resolution
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Set up and operation of industrial food processing equipment
- Follow precise recipes and monitor processing variables
- Perform product quality tests and data collection
- Monitor fryer and oil temperatures
- Clean and change slicing heads to guarantee consistency
