Production Supervisor, Snack Food Mfg.- Midnights

Shearer's is a leading contract manufacturer and private label supplier in the snack industry in North America. They are looking for a Production Operations Supervisor to lead employees in a manufacturing environment during critical off-shift hours.

Skills

4-year degree in a related, business, or technical field
2-5 years of experience in a production management or supervision role
Off shift leadership/supervisor experience preferred

Responsibilities

Direct employees and plant floor activities to achieve a consistent and high-quality product
Enforce safety and sanitation rules and principles to maintain a safe workplace
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Track employees' work performance and attendance to meet performance metrics
Evaluate and improve work processes using metrics/data

Education

4 year degree in a related, business or technical field such as food science, operations management, or engineering
