Sanitation Manager, Snack Food Mfg.
Shearer's is a leading contract manufacturer and private label supplier in the snack industry, looking for a Sanitation Manager to lead the safe and efficient cleaning and sanitation of food manufacturing equipment.
Skills
- Experience in sanitation management
- Knowledge of FDA standards
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a cleaning and sanitation program.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Train employees and build capabilities in sanitation techniques.
- Collaborate with maintenance for equipment upkeep.
- Lead sanitation audits and compliance projects.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field preferred
- Associates Degree with leadership experience considered
