Warehouse Manager Snack Food Mfg.

Shearer's is a leading contract manufacturer and private label supplier in the snack industry. They are looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead materials management and inventory control at their Erie, PA location.

Skills

Inventory control expertise
Strong project management skills
Leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of WMS and TMS applications

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of materials management including inventory control and outbound shipments.
Achieve financial targets and KPIs while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Oversee the physical warehouse and develop budget plans.
Collaborate with talent acquisition for recruitment and retain high caliber talent.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
