Warehouse Manager Snack Food Mfg.
Shearer's is a leading contract manufacturer and private label supplier in the snack industry. They are looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead materials management and inventory control at their Erie, PA location.
Skills
- Inventory control expertise
- Strong project management skills
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of WMS and TMS applications
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of materials management including inventory control and outbound shipments.
- Achieve financial targets and KPIs while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Oversee the physical warehouse and develop budget plans.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition for recruitment and retain high caliber talent.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
