When you embark on a career at Sherwin-Williams, we invest and support you in life + career + connection.The Marketing Communications Specialist for the Coil Division of Sherwin-Williams Performance Coatings Group will be the central point of execution for demand generation and sales enablement for the Coil and Extrusion businesses. The right candidate for this role must be a quick learner and self-starter who would thrive in a fast-paced environment in a role that is central to the Coil Division and interfaces with all levels of the organization.RESPONSIBILITIESProduct management support• Manage the delivery of accurate product management information.• Develop reports, update and maintain accuracy of raw material consolidation, platform sku optimization, formula cost savings and new product development sales tracking• Product portfolio analysis and optimization support• Assist in managing platform analysis projects• Assist with the execution of platform optimization with the sales and service teamsMarketing Communications• Manage and execute marketing communications initiatives including annual sales meeting, collateral printing, digital media, association memberships, etc.• Point person for new product launches. Management of merchandising materials, and other promotional/sales support pieces and internal communications as needed.• Collaborate with Digital Marketing team to ensure coordination of web site with external announcements.• Work closely with Marketing and Sales organization to drive awareness and utilization of content, as well as ideation for new content (case studies, white papers, videos, etc).Digital Communications• Draft content and support the development of editorial calendars for the Coil social media accounts.• Collaborate with regional teams in NA, LATAM, and APAC on content sharing.• Develop and publish content for the Coil Division websites and serve as core team member on the ongoing development of the Coil Division websites globally.• Events• Lead the Coil EMEAI sales meeting organization.• Programming and logistical support for customer meetings held throughout the year.• Own event calendar for the EMEAI Coil Division and communicate with leadership, sales, and marketing teams.QUALIFICATIONS• Business, Economics, Engineering or other relevant subjects.• 1-5 years of marketing or coil coating business experience.• Digital marketing and/or marketing communications experience.• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.• Excellent writing skills• Excellent computer skills.• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.Please note that Sherwin Williams is unable to respond to any enquiries, accept CVs or applications from Recruitment Agencies.#LI-JS1EMPLOYER DESCRIPTIONHere, we believe there’s not one path to success, we believe in careers that grow with you.
